Pay the normal build fee for any website package, and we'll look after your site for its first 3 months at no charge: hosting oversight, security updates, backups, small edits and real support from a local team.

What's free for 3 months
Your free months start on the day your site goes live, not the day you sign up, so you never lose free time while we're building. Free care is our Care Standard plan:

Hosting oversight and uptime checks, security and software updates, and a monthly backup.

Up to 1 hour of small edits each month: new hours, prices, photos, a menu change, a typo.
🔍 Kept working
Monthly checks that your forms and links work, and a search (SEO) check so local customers can find you.
What costs extra
New pages, new features (like online booking or payments added later), redesigns, writing new content for you, photography, and edits beyond the monthly hour. Extra work is $45 an hour, and we always give you a written quote first. Your domain name and any outside services you choose (booking, payment or email apps) are billed by those companies, not by us.
After month 3: your choice, price stated up front
When the free months end, you can keep care going or let it end. Nothing renews unless you say yes. If you say yes when you sign up, your plan starts on day 91 after launch at the price below, charged monthly, until you cancel.
Care Essential
$39 a month
Hosting oversight, uptime checks, security updates, monthly backup, and 1 small edit a month (up to 30 minutes).
Care Standard
$69 a month
Everything in Essential, plus up to 1 hour of edits a month, form and link checks, and a quarterly SEO check.
Care Plus
$99 a month
Everything in Standard, plus up to 2 hours of edits a month, a monthly visitor report and same-business-day replies.
We'll remind you on day 60 and day 80 with the exact date your free care ends, the price that starts after, and how to cancel. Cancel any time in one click on the My Project page, by email, or by phone, with no fee. If you cancel before your free months end, you pay nothing for care. Care Plans also fund a stipend for a local trainee builder.
How it works
- Start My Project. Answer a few questions about your goals, features, branding, the tools you use and your budget. About 10 minutes.
- Scope sheet and agreement within 48 hours. You get a written scope sheet with the exact build price and an agreement to sign.
- Deposit to hold your spot. A 50% deposit on the build starts the work and reserves your trainee team. The rest is due when you approve your site.
- Build with a live preview. Mentor-led trainees build your site, and you review it on a private preview link. Two rounds of changes are included.
- Launch day = free care day 1. Your site goes live on your own domain with HTTPS, working forms and analytics. Your 3 free months start that day.
Who qualifies
- A business, nonprofit or church located in the Wiregrass or Alabama Black Belt region, or a graduate of any WWW WASHME TV, Inc. program (food truck, lawn care, Build to Earn and others), wherever you're located.
- A new build of any package: Launch Page, Business Site, Food Truck / Mobile Pack, or Custom App or Portal, at the normal build fee. Nonprofit and church rates still apply.
- One offer per business.
- The agreement is signed and the deposit paid between October 10, 2026 and March 31, 2027. Your free months start on launch day, even if that is after March 31.
You own what's yours
Your domain is registered in your name. Your words, photos and logo are always yours. Once the build is paid in full, the finished site is yours too. If you ever leave, with or without a Care Plan, we'll send you a complete copy of your site and help move it to you or another provider within 10 business days, free.
Questions people ask
Is there a catch?
No. You pay the normal build fee for your package. Care for the first 3 months is free, no matter what. After that, care only continues if you chose to continue it, at the price you saw before you signed.
Do I have to give a card to get the free months?
No. We only set up billing if you chose to continue care after the free period, and we remind you twice before any charge.
What if I change my mind about continuing?
Cancel any time on the My Project page with your project code and email, one click. You can also reply to any of our emails or call us.
What if the build takes longer than planned?
Your free months don't start until launch day, so a longer build never uses up your free care.
